Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome.
Dogs can be taken onto our affiliated beach 122/a (just 50m. from the Residence)

Book Early
By booking a minimum 7-night stay, 60 days in advance of your proposed arrival date, you will be entitled to a 10% discount on the total cost (excluding the period from August 4th to September 8th 2012).
If your advance booking is for the period May 1st - June 9th 2012, or September 8th - 30th 2012, your discount will be doubled to 20% of the total cost.
In order to benefit from this promotion, and to provide us with assurance of your reservation, the cost of the whole stay will have to be debited from your credit card at the time of booking.
Arrival / Departure / Late check-out
On the day of your arrival, your apartment will be available from 4 pm onwards (if you arrive earlier and your apartment is already prepared, we will be happy to give you the keys).
On your day of departure, please vacate your apartment by 10 am. If no other guests are due to arrive in the apartment that day, you can delay your check-out until 7 pm, at the additional cost of €30.
Cancellation
If you cancel your stay with at least 10 days’ notice, your deposit will remain valid for at least another 6 months as payment towards a stay (min. 3 nights) at any one of the hotels in our Group.
Reservations, deposit and payment
As a guarantee of your reservation, we ask for a €200 deposit per apartment, payable by bank transfer. If the bank transfer is not received within 10 (ten) days of your due arrival date, we will consider the booking CANCELLED. In the case of last minute bookings (from 5 days before arrival), we require authorization to debit your credit card.
All the data we receive will be processed in full respect for your privacy, and in accordance with current legislation. No banking operations will be entered into except in the event of non-arrival of the guest. We accept all the main credit cards, cash and bank cheques.
